Terms & Conditions of Purchase
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
All Sales Are Final
All retreat and program purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or inability to attend. We strongly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent your participation.
Enrollment Transfers
Enrollment may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval from Awestruck Productions, LLC, provided the request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date. The replacement participant must complete registration, be accepted into the program, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Awestruck Productions, LLC reserves the right to deny transfer requests that do not meet program requirements.
Program Changes & Organizer Cancellation
Awestruck Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify retreat and program dates, location, instructors, schedule, or program content when reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a program or retreat is cancelled entirely by Awestruck Productions, LLC, participants will receive either:
- a full credit toward a future program, at the discretion of Awestruck Productions, LLC.
Awestruck Productions, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses, airfare, accommodations booked independently, or other related costs.
Force Majeure
Awestruck Productions, LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, travel disruptions, public health events, venue closures, instructor illness, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Participation & Assumption of Responsibility
By registering for an in-person and/or online event, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate in the retreat experience. Participation is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your own well-being, decisions, and actions during the program.
Awestruck Productions, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to themselves or others. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Awestruck Productions LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Program Materials
All retreats, online content, recordings, and materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from Awestruck Productions LLC.
Payment Disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact Awestruck Productions, LLC directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
